Adulting: Take care of yourself

I got a reminder from life lately. It was a reminder to take care of myself. Usually I do fairly well in this area because I prepare meals and follow sleep schedules with my family, but LIFE got really complicated recently and it got difficult to focus on my personal needs.

When life gets tough or just busy, you have to take care of yourself. It is easy to  lose focus, then everything starts going down hill. Making sure that you eat properly, drink more water than energy/caffeinated drinks, and get plenty of rest is all for the best. Vitamins are good too!!!

In my case remembering to take care of myself so that I had the energy and focus to take care of others was very important.

Be aware of your health and habits. Plan ahead if you have to be away from your normal routine.
